Right now, I am crazy about losing my weight and doing some sports. To support this, I need to know how many calories I need to lose weight. So here I want to share it to you.
Based on my study about this, the first thing to know about losing weight is that you have to know how many calories you need in one day. The second thing is to know how many calories you have eaten in one day. The third thing is about how many calories you have burned in that day.
So, the main idea of losing weight is actually simple. Here is the example : Today you have eaten 1800 calories. Based on your activities (any activities including sports), you have burned 2500 calories. In this case, you have 700 calories deficit. This deficit mean you lose your weight.

To know how many calories you have burned in one day, you can use any activity trackers. They’re available with so many choices on the market right now.
To know how many calories you have eaten, you can check on the package of the food.
