Attested Educational Degree Certificates
Marriage Certificate attested by Ministry of Foreign Afairs, Saudi Culture Office and Saudi Embassy in your home country.
Birth Certificate (For Children), attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Culture Office and Saudi Embassy in your home country.
You have to take a note that the above documents should be translated in Arabic.
Saudi Arabia Permanent Family Visa Processing
Get all of the above documents ready, get them attested in Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia.
Request a letter from your kafeel or sponsor to Jawazat to proceed your family visa. Attest it in the Chamber of Commerce in your employer city.
Take the permanent family visa form from your company and fill it in Arabic, get it attested by your company and the Chamber of Commerce in your employer city. You can get the form in Istiqdam office.
Book an online appointment in Istiqdam from MOI, submit a visa fee of SAR 2000 through SADAD for your family. It is good if you pay it online from your personal e banking.
Visit Jawazat Office. Submit all of the mentioned above documents including passport copies of all family members, Iqama copy and a letter from your employer attested by the Chamber of Commerce. Collect the Yellow Slip (Visa) from there.

Once you got this Yellow Slip, you can send it to your home. You can hire special agent in your country for further process. You have one year (in Hijri) time to get your visa stamped. After you get the stamp, you should travel within 3 months.
After your Family arrive in Saudi Arabia
You should help them to take medical test for all family members. Submit the report to the HR Department to apply for Iqama. After this you should wait until you get your family members iqama. This will be done after your family member iqama is received.
