PDA Test, Pile Load Test – Pile Driving Analyzer Test is computer analysis to process data from dynamic test for each pilling by Case Method equation.   • Hand emery wheel (making smooth the surface of pile to put anchor and installing accelerometer and strain tranducer)

  1. Definite points which will tested ( 2 points)
  2. Definite some parameters to pile which will tested.
  3. Make 2 number of holes to put strain transducer at the both side of pile with spacing 1.5 – 2 diameter. And make a hole to put accelerometer, 2.5” from strain transducer.
  4. Accelerometer and strain transducer at the both side of pile connected with the cable to the PDA computer.
  5. Accelerometer and strain transducer calibrating.
  6. Filling pile data in PDA.

  2. Balancing the cylinder flens as a base top of pile.
  3. Dropping load hammer from height elevated between 0.5, 1, 2, and 3 meters
  4. Read the result of PDA tool in computer every each punch until get an ultimate average value for a pile.
