I need your some help about my company changing procedure that is it allow to me to change my company, while im here for two years of contract and was as a labour but im a bit diplomate and some qualified, I learned survey work and doing work as a survey but the company is not ready to increase my salary, while I tried too much time. And I also tried to terminate me but they are demanding for 7500 SR after that they will release me
So now I decide that I should need to change my company and for that purpose I need you and will wait for your reply….

    • The company should not demand anything from you.
You have the chance to transfer as long as you have a new contract from other company.
It is not possible for them to ask you SR 7500. This is important to know, that for the first transfer in KSA, you should pay only SR 2000. This amount will be paid by your new company. So, actually, you should pay nothing.
It is actually 100% your right whether to stay or to transfer.
      I hope this helps.

My company’s insurance has expired and category (nataqat) is low green, is it possible to change my sponsorship without informing my previous sponsor? and my Saudi residence ID (Iqama) is also expired.

    • If you get caught by Jawazat, you will be locked up in jail.
      Be careful…
At a time like this, it is better to stay away from Jawazat.
You can discus this with your next sponsor, if they say yes, it will be easy.

but my suggestion is that the best time to transfer company is 2-6 month before iqama expiry date.

Thanks brother… My iqama is expired above two months .. 2338377134 that’s my Iqama number can you check category of my company… And suggest me the better way??

    • Discuss this with your new company and your current company managers.
Try to make them agree with your plan to transfer.
If this goes well, everything will be easy inshaAllah.

  4. If you get good offer with new company, usually that new company will know what to do about this case.
